Just outside a charming hamlet, our fairytale home enjoys total
privacy and stunning views; perfect for honeymoons. Restored
throughout by artist craftsmen. 5 mins from Vergt (excellent
shops, great market & strawberry capital of Perigord), and close
to all the usual delights of the Dordogne.
30 mins from Bergerac airport .
Electricity & all linen included in the cost.
Ground floor: well-equipped kitchen/dining room with original
fireplace, carved stonework and woodburning stove. Really beautiful hand crafted wooden staircases throughout the tower.
1st floor: luxury marble-clad bath and shower room with separate WC.
2nd floor: double bedroom with stunning views and and crafted furniture. Attic: 2 futon sofa beds (1 double and 1 single)+ DVD. Electric Central heating and woodburning stove for shoulder months and cosy winter lets.
Washing machine, iron, hairdryer and espresso coffee machine are all provided. Generous private 10 x 5 no-chlorine pool. Lovely wild flower meadow and mature shady trees with hammock to read or doze in.
Unsuitable for children under 10. No dogs, we regret.
