This 2 bedroom townhouse is in a gated mature complex amongst delightful landscaped gardens located at the end of a no through road in the prestigious beach side area of Cabo Roig. The property is just a few minutes walk away from beaches, bars, restaurants and shops including 2 supermarkets.The maritime walk starts just at the end of the road embracing the whole of the peninsular coastline giving access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca. As well as the picturesque marina at Cabo Roig there is a beach bar/restaurant , pedalos for hire and life guards and first aid is on hand during the summer months with ideal shallow waters for the young.
The properties are situated around the pool area. A few steps from the terrace is the pool area with shallow childrens section. There are small private car parks to park your car (if you have one).
Cabo Roig club and Orihuela Costa resort are within a few minutes walk they both have tennis courts , swimming pools and the local open air cinema is nearby.
Golf courses are approximately 10 minutes drive. There are 4 courses; Las Ramblas, Real Club Campoamor, Villamartin and La Finca (Algorfa 15-20 min drive).
The town of Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive. Horse-riding is available at Campoamor, less than 5 minutes drive away and jet-skiing is at Campoamor beach (summer only).
A car is not essential. An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 20 minutes drive.
There is a bus service which will take you to Torrevieja. The bus stop is a few minutes walk away.
The terrace to the front of the property has a patio table, 4 patio chairs and built in bar-b-que. Entering the front door you have the living/dining area with stairs leading to the bedrooms and main bathroom.
The living/dining room has a ceiling fan light, 3 seater sofa, coffee table, occasional table, 2 lamps, 2 comfy chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, TV with English channels, DVD player, stereo and ornamental fireplace.
Leading from the living/dining room through the glass internal door you have the well equipped fully tiled kitchen. There is a sink, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, electric kettle, electric juicer, cool bags and toaster. Leading from the kitchen you have the utility area with the washing machine and microwave.
There is a downstairs shower room with enclosed shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, with a balcony leading off of the main bedroom and the main bathroom.
The main bedroom, which faces the front of the property has a ceiling fan light, double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a chest of 4 drawers, chair, wavy mirror, fitted wardrobes and hangers. Off of the main bedroom you have a balcony with 3 patio chairs and a table.
The second bedroom has a ceiling fan light, 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, mirror, chair, bedside table with lamp.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, toilet, sink and large mirror.
The townhouse also has an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, hairdryer, floor standing fans, a small selection of CD’s (please take your own).
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and bed linen and towels (not beach pool towels) are provided.
The townhouse is suitable for families, couples and golfers.
No pets. The townhouse is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only.
Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

This really is a lovely property and in a fantastic location. An ideal holiday base, with easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants.
