This villa is located in a unique position between the Ionian Sea and the Adraitic Sea, just 200mt far from the local lighthouse (Italy's heel). Great green vegetation and absolute silence are guaranteed. Breathtaking panorama on the sea in front of you is the main reason why it is worth spending at least one week in this place. The villa is divided into two apartments (one each floor). They are provided with two bedrooms, a wide and comfortable living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, an outside terrace and a veranda (on the first floor only). In the same area where the villa is, there is an ancient local building known as "pagliara" which has been recently refurbished and is suitable to people who wants to stay in touch with nature and live in small room. this is provided with a bedroom, a toilet with shower, a living room with cooking corner and an outside terrace with the same wonderful panorama as the home. This second accomodation is only for 2 people.
You get to this location through a private path and you can leave your car inside the garden.

Local Area DetailsSanta Maria di Leuca village is about 800mt far and you can get there by car in 5 minutes time. There you find shops, discos, pubs and anything that a turistic area can offer to its visitors. At the port you can rent a boat and go visiting the charming caves that are along the coast. Boats with glass bottom are also available for guided tours. Beaches are immediately after the port and on the Ionian side you can choose among a great variety of beaches. By car you can also go visiting the main historical towns of this side of Italy such as Otranto, Gallipoli and Lecce.
