All these facilities are for use by visitors.
The villa is in a quiet location, and has ample parking for cars. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.
Local Area DetailsSouthern Dunes is in a peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being located on Hwy. 27, and is within walking distance of Super Wal-Mart, two other supermarkets, Blockbuster Video Store, gas station, fast food chains, restaurants and more. Disney is only a 16 minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
