A group of four stone cottages plus a modern villa set in a very rural and tranquil hamlet. Ideal for families with our large swimming pool with spa and garden area with sandpit and swings. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms, a king sized double and two twin. The modern bathrooms have both bath and shower facility. The kitchens are very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven / hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and all crockery and cutlery. Each has an external eating area with table, chairs, large parasol and barbecue. All bed linen is included as is electricity, cooking gas and water. Local Area DetailsThe immediate area is ideal for walking and cycling. The very quiet country lanes wind through fields of sunflowers, wheat and maize. The local town has a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets and banks. Just 30 minutes away is Cognac and Saintes. Only an hours drive is the world fammous port of La Rochelle, the animal park at Royan, loads of beaches, Futuroscope at Poitiers and Angouleme. We are an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.
