Local Area DetailsMongauzy village is nestled between the medieval town of La Reole (6km) and County Town Marmande (10Km). In the Bordeaux wine region, there is no better place for food, drink, etc. The house is 40 miles south of Bergerac and is a quieter less populated area than the Dorgogne. The locals are welcoming and the house is less than 6km form the A62 motorway. Night life for those who want it in nearby towns. Beach is 55 miles.
