The properties are part of a nine acre estate bordering a lovely trout fishing river. The estate is situated in a valley of outstanding natural beauty which contains both parkland and forest areas.

These newly refurbished cottages are well planned and are furnished to a high standard. Each cottage also has it's own patio, most overlooking the river which is ideal for relaxation after a day of exploring or sightseeing.

Sleeps up to 20 people, consisting of large Lounge with open fireplace, large Kitchen and Dining room with long French oak dining table, 8 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, large garden with stone built barbeque overlooking the river.
MILL COTTAGE -
Sleeps up to 12 people, consisting of Lounge with large open fire place, Kitchen and Dining Room with long French dining table, 4 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio/barbeque area.
LEAT COTTAGE -
Sleeps up to 16 people, consisting of Lounge with large log burner, Kitchen and Dining Room, ground floor bedroom with unsuite disabled facilities, 5 further Bedrooms, Bathroom and large patio area on the river with stone built barbeque. Ramp access to cottage.
BANK COTTAGE -
Sleeps up to 9 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 3 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio area with stone built barbeque
WILLOW COTTAGE -
Sleeps up to 6 people, consisting of Lounge, Kitchen/Dining Room, 2 Bedrooms, Bathroom and patio area with stone built barbeque.

For larger parties The Manor and The Mill Cottage can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 32 people. The two properties have inter-connecting doors between the kitchens and also on the top floor bedroom area.
All cottages are let from 3pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. All bedlinen is provided, except for cots. Heating is included in the price and logs are charged at a daily useage rate.
