NEW 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment on Costa del Almeria in quiet, private apartment complex. The patio and private roof terrace offers stunning views of the sea, the mountains and two communal pools set in delightful gardens.
The living/dining room has a TV, VCR, sofabed, arm chairs, dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead on to the patio which has a commanding view over the two communal pools. A gentle breeze blows from the patio and through the lounge and atrium in the dining area. Stairs in the atrium lead to the private roof top terrace which enjoys the same view of the pools but also views of the sea and mountains. Either shade or sun can be found most times of day on the "solarium" (roof terrace). Patio furniture and sunloungers are provided.
The kitchen and utility room is well equipped including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. A further patio to the rear offers a secluded spot to catch the evening sun.
There are two bedrooms - one has a king size bed the other has twin beds. The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep another two people. The main bedroom is en-suite and a second bathroom contains a shower.
Local Area DetailsThe beach is just a five minute walk away and it is a quiet area with three restaurants in walking distance. An excellent new supermarket offers the convenience of fresh bread, fresh fish and an excellent butcher for those wishing to eat in the apartment. For nightlife, the livelier towns of Garrucha and Mojacar Playa are just a short drive away. The Moorish town of Mojacar Pueblo and the Sierra Cabrera mountains can be seen in the distance.
Close by are the fishing villages of Villaricos and Garrucha where daily fish markets are held.
A short drive away is the more commercialised Mojacar Playa which offers beach bars, restaurants and watersports.
You must visit the typical hillside Moorish village of Mojacar where you can wander through the narrow cobbled streets and enjoy the tapas bars and arty shops. From the main plaza take in the spectacular view over the agricultural plain of Vera to the sparkling blue sea.
Natural Park
Essential on your itinerary is a drive through Cabo de Gata-Nijar Natural Park - a protected 30 km coastal strip which has beautiful landscape, cliffs and beaches. Visit Mermaids Reef,Cabo de Gata salt flats, the lighthouse, and Monsul dunes and beach.
GOLF
There are FOUR golf courses locally: the prestigious Desert Springs, the less formal Campo de Golf in Mojacar, The Championship Valle del Este golf course at Vera and the very informal course at Cortijo Grande in Turre.

| This is an all inclusive price for the rental of the apartment and includes electricity, use of linen etc. We would be happy to give a discount to anyone booking for more than one week e.g. two weeks in August would be £375 for the first week, £350 for the second week.
