The apartment has modern fixtures and appliances with a fully equipped large kitchen and full sized bathroom and separate WC. In addition to the double bed sized convertible bed is a "chair bed" that converts into a single bed. The apartment is funished in part with antiques, has a functioning fireplace, is sunny and has three large french windows that open onto a view of the very active street of rue du Cygne with restaurants, shops, and cafes.

Local Area Details

The apartment is located at the intersection of two pedestrian streets, rue du Cygne and rue Pierre Lescot. This is the center of the center of Paris within a few minutes walking distance are Hotel de Ville, the Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Les Halles, Palais Royale, and Centre Pompideau. Half a blook away is the Etienne Marcel metro station and the bus line. Two blocks away is the Chatelet-Les Halles metro/RER station which connects will all airports and train stations. The active neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafes, and varried shopping. Three blocks away is the best food shopping street in Paris, rue Montorgueil.
