Property Details

This spaciously newly built villa, perfect for a family of six, but can accommodate up to eight persons, has been beautifully decorated with memorabilia from the Channel Island of Jersey. The interior and outdoor furniture, mostly teak was specially selected for this fine property. The accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms and one bathroom, with a further master bedroom (double bed) and en suite bathroom.

The large lounge with a dining area and satellite TV (limited English programs) overlooks the superb south facing sun terrace. Which is totally enclosed and private. A sizeable kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge freezer, plus ample china and kitchen utensils.




There is also, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Towels are provided and there is a mid-week towel change, but you are requested to bring your own beach towels please. There is no need to bring a hairdryer we provide one for you.

Outside the property you will find a delightful front garden with sub tropical plants and a large south facing terrace with a built-in barbeque. There are 6 large comfortable sun loungers with thick cushions surrounding the solar heated roman style pool. In the cooler winter month the pool heating can be supplemented for a small weekly charge.
A garden wall encloses the entire property. The villa has a carport, although Puerto del Carmen is within walking distance, we would recommend that you hire a car.
We are able to offer in the same road opposite Villa Jersey two more properties of similar quality and size, should you wish to accommodate more than eight persons or require more space for your family or friends.

PUERTO DEL CARMEN, the main holiday resort in the south of the Island with its wide sandy beaches and palm tree lined beach promenades, has long been the most popular for visitors to the Island. Only four miles from the airport and six from the capital town Arrecife. This resort offers a great variety of Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, Shops, and fantastic sports facilities. Be sure to visit the Old Port of Carmen and watch the fishermen bringing in there latest catch. Most of our properties are within walking distance of the Old Port and the hassle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen.
