Glendavan House offers a warm welcome to those seeking relaxation, peace and quiet. Ideal for self-catering, however, we can organise Full Catering for you if required.
Built as a shooting lodge in 1886, the property stands in its own extensive grounds - 7 acres of woodland overlooking Loch Davan, in the heart of the Silver Jubilee Reserve.
Local Area DetailsFor the hill-walker, the hills of Deeside start at the front door. For the skier, the house is conveniently placed for access to the Lecht and Glenshee ski slopes.
It is ideally situated as a base from which to explore the Highlands, Castle Country - only 15 miles from Balmoral Castle - or the Whisky Trail.
There are several Golf Courses within easy reach, including Ballater, Braemar, Aboyne and Tarland.
Shooting can be easily arranged on any of the 3 estates surrounding Glendavan and Fishing can be organised on the World Famous River Dee, just 3 miles from our Front Door.
