Their main attraction must be their proximity to Westport town yet Cinnamon Wharf is at the very centre of some of the most spectacular scenery in the country with beaches and mountains and walks all within easy reach. Ideal for those who enjoy touring, golfing, walking or lazing on the beach all day but who like to return to the buzz of a bohemian town at night, full of life and vitality, traditional music pubs, restaurants and excellent shopping. Right beside the apartments is Westport House, and a stroll through the grounds will take you to town quite easily. There is an excellent restaurant, plenty of pubs and local shops within 50 –100 yards of Cinnamon Wharf. The 19 apartments are located in a refurbished old stone mill, right on Westport’s fashionable quayside, just 1.5 miles from the centre of town. They are beautifully furnished and fitted to Bord Failte 4 star standard, and include colour satellite tv, private telephone and music centre. There are two lifts servicing the 3 floors and there is a reception area with patio area off where guests can inquire into the many and varied tourist attractions in this wonderful area. | A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival. We also ask you to leave the property in a tidy condition the morning of your departure. If you are leaving very early to catch a connecting flight or ferry, please let the supervisor know so that earlier checkout can be arranged. Normal checkout time is 10.00 am. Each property is different and you may find polite requests from your local supervisor regarding housekeeping, refuse deposit etc., which is specific to your property. You will most likely be asked for a "security deposit"on arrival at your cottage. This is simply an insurance against damage or breakage in the property, and your electricity, gas or telephone charges may be deducted, with your consent, from this deposit. It is fully refundable on departure once the supervisor is satisfied that the property is in order. We do not normally deduct the cost of a minor breakage such as a glass or teacup - rather it is used if there is a major spillage or burns to furniture or fittings which require repair or cleaning and always with prior consultation with our guests. We do stress that it is normal practice to ask for a deposit and does not insinuate that we expect our guests will do damage! In the majority of cases, it is refunded in full, less the utilities charged. Electricity is charged at a set rate of 8 euro per day during the winter and 5 Euro a day during the summer unless other wise stated. If you would like Towels to be provided this can be arranged by the supervisor at an extra charge of 2 euro a set. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of ?130 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival. A higher deposit maybe required if more than one property is recerved by customers. In the unlikely event of damage to the property or its contents, the cost of replacements or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit after consultation with the supervisor. Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, however a charge of ?20 would be levied if the property is not returned in a tidy condition. Properties will be available on the date of arrival between 16.00 hours and 21.00 hours and the property must be vacated at 10.00 hrs on the date of departure. Arrival time outside these hours must be by prior arrangement with the supervisor. Failure to notify the supervisor of late arrivals could result in keys not being available. The NUMBER OF PERSONS stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without first notifying Trident Holiday Homes and in all cases the number of persons advertised as being sleeping capacity of the property must not be exceeded under any circumstances. No pets are allowed in any property under any circumstance unless expressly advertised as being a pet friendly lcoation. |
