Property Details

Although our apartment is ground floor it has a large south-west facing balcony (not terrace) overlooking the pool and garden, which provides privacy and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. It is on a small complex of 20 apartments and 3 villas in a quiet residential area. Peaceful, yet only 5 min walk to shops, bars and restaurants and about 10 min to the beach.

It comprises:
One bedroom with double bed;
Fully equipped kitchen with dual hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board;
Bathroom with shower over bath;
Lounge with satellite TV, DVD Player, and 3-pce suite that easily convert into beds to provide additional sleeping for 2.
Air conditioning in the bedroom is available at a supplement fee.
All bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Two sun loungers are provided for personal use around the pool.
Electric sockets are English - adaptors to Spanish are provided. Security grilles are fitted to all windows and doors.
Sorry but no pets are allowed.

Local Area Details

Costa del Sol is famous for its numerous fine golf courses and there are several nearby.
Calahonda is centrally located for trips to Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada and Nerja.
For the boating enthusiast Puerto Cabopino is 1 km away, which has the reputation for being the most secluded and picturesque port on the Costa, and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. Some of the Coast’s most popular restaurants are located here.
Marbella is about 10 minutes drive. Visit the ‘Orange Square’ in the interesting ‘old town’, which leads to narrow shops and boutiques.
La Cala is only 5 minutes away, once a Spanish fishing village, with a wide sandy beach and several intimate bars and restaurants.
Fuengirola is only 10 minutes away with its long beach front and a large seasonal Aqua Park with giant water slides and grassed picnic areas. A few minutes further on is the pretty ancient mountain village of Mijas with its panoramic views, white washed houses and narrow streets.
Other interesting places include Selwo a 1 million sq.mt. Adventure Park, Crocodile Park, Sea-life Aquarium, Cable Car, Horse Racing and most water sports.
