The villa is situated on a small secure complex with a shared swimming pool and is close to all local amenities.

The 1st floor consists of open plan lounge/kitchen/ diner with an outside terrace and BBQ. The comfortable lounge area provides seating for 8 and a TV with DVD player. Beautifully furnished to a high standard.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and all utensils.
Marble floors and stairs.

There is one double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Bathroom located on the 2nd floor with washing machine and toilet facilities on the 1st floor.

There are three balconies on which to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.

There is also a large roof terrace complete with outside shower and patio furniture. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the complex swimming pool and the surrounding area.

The beach is just a short stroll through the pine forest and the local shops are within a 5 minute walk. The local buses run every 10 or 15 mins to all the local towns and facilities.

Local Area Details

The villa is within walking distance of the local shops and the long sandy beach.

In August the beach is the nesting grounds of the rare sea turtle and they can be seen at night time when they leave the sea to lay their eggs in the sand.

There a 6 Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa and guests are welcome at these.

The facilities at the 5* hotels further along the beach are available to non residents for a small daily charge. These include a waterpark, zoo, horse riding, turkish baths and many others.

The Antalya to Alanya region is becoming one of the most popular areas to holiday in because it is one of the special places in the world where the sun shines over 300 days a year.
