Local Area DetailsNestling on the beautiful Faithlegg Estate now home to Faithlegg Hotel and Golf Club, these individually styled holiday homes are located in two enclosed courtyards near the hotel. Located 6 miles east of Waterford, this haven on the River Suir was created in the 18 th century and is now home to a 18 hole championship golf course, 4 star hotel with indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis, Jacuzzi and gym.
Holiday makers can use the facilities of the hotel ( extra charges payable locally and restrictions on time of day and access for un-accompanied kids). Aromatherapy and beauty treatments can also be availed of at the hotel leisure centre. This is the perfect location to unwind and pamper oneself with some relaxing body treatments, a few rounds of golf followed by dinner in the excellent hotel reatuarant.

| A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before asrrival. Electricity and gas for heating, lighting and fuel is an extra charge payable by the client before departure. The charge is normally €4 per day in June, July, August and €7 per day for the rest of the year but can vary by location. This charge is normally payable with your balance payment. Guests are advised to check the basis of this charge on arrival at their location. The home must be left as it is found and the cost of repair to or the replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client and if appropriate deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit of €100.00 (per week) must be given to us on arrival. This will be returned to you provided that we are satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. In the event that we are unable to check the house at the clients' departure, the security deposit will be forwarded within 7 days. Clients are expected to leave the house clean and tidy, otherwise a charge of €50 will be made. Possession of house must be taken between 16.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs and the home vacated by 10.00a.m. on day of departure. It is recommended that clients telephone us in advance to confirm the estimated time of arrival. FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF LATE ARRIVAL COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF RESERVATION. The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded in any circumstance. Pets are not allowed in any holiday home. |
