Property Details
Monte Vinha Velha is decorated with stylish furniture and bright colours.
It consists of an entrance hall with fireplace, a very spacious living room with fireplace, satellite television and stereo-set. Large floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors lead to the terrace which faces the swimming pool, the villa's well maintained garden and the magnificent views.
A dining area is next to the living room and leads to the spacious kitchen equipped with a large fridge and a freezer, cooker, oven and microwave.
On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms as well as air-conditioning (charged separately).
The villa has a large games room where a good game of pool can be enjoyed by all.
A self-catering apartment can either be accessed via the kitchen or via its own independent entrance and consists of a kitchenette, living room, a double bedroom with air-conditioning and a bathroom. There are also two sofa beds in the apartment which can sleep an additional two people.
The whole property sleeps up to eight people plus an additional two toddlers.
Local Area DetailsMonte Vinha Velha is a superb villa with stunning views overlooking the hilly countryside north of Faro and the ocean in the distance. The villa is located only a 15 minute drive from beaches, golf and the airport and is situiated a short distance from the center of the town of Santa Barbara de Nexe which features bars, restaurants and some small supermarkets.
