Kitchen area: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, mixer, toaster. Double bedroom (double bed). Bedroom with bunks. Bathroom (bathtub/washbowl/WC). Terrace with magnificent views. There is a door connecting the house with Casa de la Parra. This door is usually closed, but both houses may be rent together with a total CAPACITY of 12 people. MAXIMUM CAPACITY of the House: 6 PEOPLE.

Access is forbidden to four-wheeled vehicles (100 ms distance from street with parking space available; 1 km from private car parking). This restriction provides the quarter with the tranquillity of a rural area. Not suitable for handicapped people because of the staircase to access the house. 50 meters distance from the nearest bus stop; 150 ms from grocery shops; 10 minutes by foot from Granada city centre, 100 ms from bars, restaurants and flamenco shows. 8 km distance from the Granada Golf Club (in Las Gabias); 38 km from the ski resorts of Sierra Nevada; 70 km from the beaches of Motril and Salobreña. In the surroundings of Granada you may enjoy a wide range of nature activities such as hiking, rock climbing, bungee-jumping, mountain biking, paintball, paragliding, skiing, ravine descent, horse riding tours, windsurfing, scuba diving, speleology, archery and many more activities guided by specialized instructors.
