Local Area DetailsTraditional lakeside cottages and Angling Centre set on the shores of Lough Mask amidst superb mountain and lake scenery. These traditional cottages are situated in a remote part of the West of Ireland, only 100 yards from Lough Mask. The lakes and rivers are unpolluted, the people are friendly and the roads are uncrowded. It is perfect for the fisherman and anyone who loves nature.
Fishing of the highest quality for wild brown trout, pike and perch will be right on your doorstep. Other activities include hill walking, rambling, wildlife, nature study and traditional music in the local pubs. The cottage's are ideally located for touring Connemara and Mayo. The cottage's are set on an organic sheep farm with many hill and lakeside walks through unspoiled countryside. There are fishing boats for hire and walking maps available.
