Local Area DetailsThese magnificent timber homes are set in acres of Forest in the middle of the Ballyhoura Mountains, one of the South West's most favoured walking and trekking areas just beside the village of Ballyorgan a tiny village, with just a pub! Kilfinane is just under 2 miles and has plenty of shops and pubs. Each home is architect designed to a very superior standard and set amongst the trees.
This location is wonderful for lovers of nature and birdwatchers in a quiet rural location, famous for walking holidays, unrivalled as a touring base for Limerick, Kerry and terrific for children. Limerick city 20 minutes drive, easy driving to Killarney and Cork.

| A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival. Electricity, gas and fuel is an extra charge payable by the client to the supervisor before departure. The charge is based on the individual meter readings. Please check the costs per unit with the on-site supervisor.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT of €130 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival. In the unlikely event of damage to the property or its contents, the cost of replacements or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit after consultation with the supervisor. Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, however a charge of €20 would be levied if the property is not returned in a tidy condition.
Properties will be available on the date of arrival between 16.00 hours and 21.00 hours and the property must be vacated at 10.00 hrs on the date of departure. Arrival time outside these hours must be by prior arrangement with the supervisor. Failure to notify the supervisor of late arrivals could result in keys not being available.
The NUMBER OF PERSONS stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without first notifying Trident Holiday Homes and in all cases the number of persons advertised as being sleeping capacity of the property must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
No pets are allowed in any property under any circumstance unless expressly advertised as being a pet friendly location.
