This luxury lodge has been awarded 4 stars by VisitScotland. It has a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen with wood-burning stove, wide-screen TV, video, DVD player and hi-fi. Fully equipped for 6 people with dishwaher and microwave. Double room with ensuite shower room, twin room, bunk room and large bathroom with bath and shower. Very large covered deck. The lodge is pine lined throughout and has full electric heating (at an extra charge).
A fully equipped games room is close-by with table tennis, pool, video library, toy boxes, etc and a washing machine and tumble drier (coin operated).
An outdoor play space has goals, badminton, trampoline, swings, etc.
The wooded grounds are visited by Roe Deer, Red Squirrels and a wide variety of birds.

Local Area Details

The lodge is situated close to the charming town of Banchory. Here you will find everything for your holiday including a large supermarket, 2 delictessans selling local and Scottish produce and a fish shop that receives daily supplies of fresh fish and seafood from the east coast. A Farmer's Market is held on the second Saturday of each month.
Banchory has a Tourist Information Centre and local Museum and a wide variety of events are held at various locations throughout the year. A visit to the Bridge of Feugh to watch salmon leaping up the Falls is not to be missed.
