There is an 18th Century barn on the property which has been converted into two holiday cottages. Smuggler's Rest is a two-storey, four-bedroomed property and Moonrakers is a two bedroomed ground floor property which is also suitable for disabled use.

Local Area Details

Situated near the village of Petham, on the old Roman road Stone Street, between Canterbury and Hythe. Just 4 miles out of the historic city of Canterbury and within 15 minutes of the Channel Tunnel. Both the M20 and M2 are within easy reach as are numerous gardens, historic houses, castles and seaside resorts. The nearest pub is less than a mile away with several others within 1/1.5 miles. All serve good food. A village shop is available in the next village and Canterbury has a good selection of shops/restaurants and take-aways.
