Fern: Large living room with exposed beams, wooden and slate floors, settle seats by stove in Inglenook fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Double bedroom with with ensuite shower room on ground floor. Three twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room and family bathroom on first floor.
The Loft: First floor apartment, bright and well fitted-out with wonderful views and sloping ceilings. Open plan living/dining room and well equipped kitchen area. Inglenook fireplace with stove and settle seats. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and twin room with separate family bathroom.
Facilities: Oil fired heating and ESB by meter reading / bed linen and towels / dishwasher / fridge/freezer / multi-fuel stove / washing machine and dryer / microwave / colour TV / hairdryers / cots, highchairs, stairgates available / welcome pack / ample parking.
Local Area DetailsTibradden Farm Cottages are only 8 miles from Dublin city centre and 9 miles from Dun Laoghaire ferry port, yet due to their tranquil location, one could be forgiven for thinking that they were deep in the heart of rural Ireland. These charming cottage-style properties nestle at the edge of the Dublin Mountains and Pine Forests on the site of the owner's original thatched cottage. Situated on a 200 acre sheep farm with Mountain Spring Water on tap! Enjoy hill walking on Wicklow Way close by, a round of golf on one of the superb choices of courses, swimming, or a day out at Marley Park with its children's adventure playground. In addition, there are heritage sites, Leopardstown Race Course, shopping centres, restaurants, pubs and more, all within a 15 minute drive. An added feature to these properties is the on site Hazel Room, ideal for family gatherings, special occasions, meetings and conferences (by prior arrangement).

| A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival. MINIMUM RENTING IS 1 MONTH. Electricity and gas for heating, lighting and fuel is an extra charge payable by the client before departure. The charge is normally €4 per day in June, July, August and €7 per day for the rest of the year but can vary by location. This charge is normally payable with your balance payment. Guests are advised to check the basis of this charge on arrival at their location. The home must be left as it is found and the cost of repair to or the replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client and if appropriate deducted from the security deposit. A security deposit of €100.00 (per week) must be given to us on arrival. This will be returned to you provided that we are satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. In the event that we are unable to check the house at the clients' departure, the security deposit will be forwarded within 7 days. Clients are expected to leave the house clean and tidy, otherwise a charge of €50 will be made. Possession of house must be taken between 16.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs and the home vacated by 10.00a.m. on day of departure. It is recommended that clients telephone us in advance to confirm the estimated time of arrival. FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF LATE ARRIVAL COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF RESERVATION. The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded in any circumstance. Pets are not allowed in any holiday home. |
