All are comfortably furnished and decorated with private parking outside, are less than 5 minutes walk from the DART station which brings you to the city centre in 10 minutes. Close to a superb range of 5 star hotels the RDS showgrounds and Exhibition Centre, The Point Depot, restaurants and pubs. Herbert Park is just 10 minutes walk and is a quiet oasis complete with duck pond, children's playground and tennis courts and lovely lawned walks and Sandymount Strand is within easy walking distance. This is right in the heart of Dublin's most prestigious residential areas, and on the edge of it's commercial and embassy belt. City Centre is a brisk 25 minute walk or a short taxi ride from the properties.

| A booking is not confirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a completed reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.
Electricity and gas for heating, lighting and fuel is an extra charge payable by the client before departure. The charge is normally €4 per day in June, July, August and €7 per day for the rest of the year but can vary by location. This charge is normally payable with your balance payment. Guests are advised to check the basis of this charge on arrival at their location.
The home must be left as it is found and the cost of repair to or the replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client and if appropriate deducted from the security deposit.
A security deposit of €100.00 (per week) must be given to us on arrival. This will be returned to you provided that we are satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. In the event that we are unable to check the house at the clients' departure, the security deposit will be forwarded within 7 days. Clients are expected to leave the house clean and tidy, otherwise a charge of €50 will be made.
Possession of house must be taken between 16.00 hrs and 18.00 hrs and the home vacated by 10.00a.m. on day of departure. It is recommended that clients telephone us in advance to confirm the estimated time of arrival. FAILURE TO NOTIFY US OF LATE ARRIVAL COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF RESERVATION.
The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded in any circumstance. Pets are not allowed in any holiday home.
