It is located in a village only a few minutes from a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops and a few kilometres from the golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen.

Interior Villa: The villa has been converted and decorated in country style, in keeping with its history.
It has an enormous, central living room,
which is very comfortably furnished
and features a magnificent wood panelled ceiling with a large central skylight.
There are six large bedrooms, five of which have en-suite bathrooms or Canarian showers. Three bedrooms have double beds, two have twin beds and one has twin beds and bunk beds.

The very spacious kitchen is extremely well equipped for large parties.

There is a separate dining- room leading from the kitchen,which has double doors leading to the extensive terraces.

Apartment:

Attached to the villa is a two-bedroom apartment, which sleeps up to six.
It has a living room with a sofa bed, television, with video and doors to a private terrace.

There is a small interior kitchen.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds,which share a shower room.

The apartment is let with the villa for larger groups, it´s not to let separately !

Exterior:

The villa is set in extensive grounds, with sub-tropical gardens large dining and sunbathing terraces with sun loungers, patio furniture, a barbecue and views to the sea.
The lovely swimming pool measures 10x4 metres and has Roman steps.

Amenities:

There is a utility room with a washing machine.
The villa is very conveniently located,
only ten minutes walk into the busy village
of Tias with its numerous bars, restaurants,
shops and supermarkets.

A short drive takes you to the main resort
of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of golden beaches and many tourist facilities.
