The farm estate is the result of joining 4 very old farms together,each one represent the production of the best Chianti wine and olive oil..The estate is a typical Tuscan farm and the owners are very happy that guests may visit the cellars from the XVI century, the olive press, where and how vinsanto is made and a wine tasting of their products.
The name was given due to the huge almond trees which are at the entrance square.In the midst of a beautiful countryside,a few years ago the farm was the stage for a famous film 'The night of San Lorenzo' directed by the Taviani brothers.Guests are welcome to take wonderful walks on the estate
and visit the ancient fountain of Saint Verdiana.Situated in the heart of Chianti and Tuscany it is a perfect position for visiting all the famous cities such as, San Gimignano 30 km, Volterra 50 km, Firenze 25 km, Siena .45 km.
