Both cottages have well-equipped kitchen areas, including cooker, microwave and fridge. Colour television, video, hair drier, iron and board are also supplied.

- All linen, towels and electricity are supplied – at no extra cost.
- Both cottages benefit from central heating and double-glazing .
- There is off-road car parking on the forecourt in front of the cottages and a small enclosed garden at the side for the exclusive use of our guests (garden table and chairs available).
- Dogs and other pets are welcome in the cottages – at no extra cost, by arrangement.
- As owners we live in the attached house and are available to answer any questions and to help make your stay in this beautiful part of the country, a pleasant one

TINTAGEL AND SURROUNDING AREAS
Tintagel is ideally situated to use as a base for exploring Cornwall and North Devon. Or as a place to stay and relax, enjoying the scenery and local hospitality. Come and unwind!

- Discover the myth of King Arthur for yourselves, visit the Castle and the Halls of Chivalry.
- The inspiring Norman parish church stands alone on the cliffs, awaiting your visit. Inside see the Roman milestone (AD250), the Norman font, a rood screen 1500 and 3 Norman windows.
- We are situated about 300m from the high street, within easy walking distance of the village pubs, cafes and restaurants, but away from the hubbub.
- Close by are the glorious sandy beaches of Trebarwith Strand, Daymer Bay and Bude.
- A stroll, south along the coast path, past the still-visible relics of the local slate quarrying industry and have a drink at the Port William Pub overlooking the sea at Trebarwith Strand, before walking home.
- Pony trekking, golf and fishing are some of the other activities available locally.
- A short stroll from ‘Salutations’ brings you to the Coastal Path – excellent and spectacular views. A 1/2 day walk takes you to Boscastle’s unspoilt harbour and pubs.
- 6 miles inland is Bodmin Moor, again offering wonderful walks, megalithic stone circles and a harsh beauty. Along with Daphne Du Maurier’s Jamaica Inn.
- Padstow to the south is well worth a visit, as is the picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac.
- Why not walk or cycle the Camel Trail? A disused railway line following the River Camel from Bodmin to the coast at Padstow. 17 miles through wooded valley to the broad expanse of the sandy estuary near Padstow.
- There are many gardens, an easy drive away, including the ‘Lost Gardens of Heligan’ and the National Trust gardens at Lanhydrock. The internationally acclaimed ‘Eden Project’ is a must-see
