Villa Alfonsina is located in a very quiet place, 700 mt above the sea level, up the hillside of the lake. The apartment is about 120 square mt with furniture in every room. In the kitchen there are full facilities (hot water, washing-machine, cooker, microwave, oven and a nice fireplace also for cooking). There's an old fireplace also in the living-room. In the bathroom there's a shower. There's a double bedroom and another one with two (or three, if you need) single beds, beside the bedroom there's a verandah with one or two beds. It's on the ground floor and you can easily reach the back garden and the front garden, directly to the park (about 4000 sq.mt).There's a big terrace towards the valley. The property is completely fenced and you can park one car inside. In summertime you can have meals in the garden or under the shady porch. All around there are woods and some country houses. - the villa gets sunshine from the morning till late afternoon - the verandah is full of sunshine in the morning.

Local Area Details

The village is half way between Como and Bellagio (22km). The place is ideal if you like walking and hiking - there are lots of paths and you can reach panoramic spots with beautiful view of the whole lake .
The lake is 6 km downhill.
