This apartment of 65m2 is located in the heart of old town Barcelona, only a 150 meters walk away from the famous Las Ramblas. A few doors away you will find the house Palau Guell. This house is one of the most stunning and impressive works by Antoni Gaudi.
It has a very nice quality wooden floor. The lounge is ample and provides space for relaxing and diner. It has air conditioning during the hot summers. Including the balcony with sun and a very charming view on the old city street.
There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and a single sofa bed. The bathroom is full suite including a hot tub.
It is on the second floor and the apartment is quiet despite its very central location.

Local Area DetailsJust a 150 meters from the famous Ramblas and Plaza Reial where the most popular terraces are with a lot of live entertainment. The whole area is full of restaurants, bars and shops, with the metro stations a walk away and it is easy to stop a taxi.
The Barceloneta beach is just 15 minutes walking. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within walking distance, or at worst about 10 minutes by public transport.
