Property Details
We have 6 self catering cottages and lodges. The smallest sleeping 2 - 4 persons, with the largest sleeping 10 persons. They are all fully equipped and beautifully furnished throughout. Each cottage also benefits from its own garden area with furniture and a barbeque. Each cottage also has a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,washing/drying machine and 2 have dishwashers.
They are rated an impressive 3 and 4 star standard by the English Toursim Council.
Some of our cottages/lodges are designed for wheelchair users in mind with wider doors, grab rails and adjustable sink and cooking hob heights to allow wheelchairs underneath.
All ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms in these cottages also have ceiling tracking for the use of a overhead hoist. Hoists, slings, cotsides, travelling cots and high chairs are available, free of charge.
Local Area DetailsWe are beautifully situated on the south of the River Thames in Abingdon, Oxfordshire with the Thames Path being a stones throw away. Surrounded by fields, yet only 5 - 10 minutes walk away from the town centre where you will find everything you need. Oxford City centre is 8 miles away and easily reached by car or bus. The glorius cotswolds and Blenheim Palace are just a few of the great attractions nearby.
You will find lots of activities in Oxfordshire including bingo,horse riding, ice skating, cinemas, bowling, fitness centres and Snakes and Ladders - an indoor adventure playground for the little ones.
