A new 3-bed luxury villa with pool on a quiet hillside behind Oliva, with beautiful mountain views. The villa sleeps a maximum of 6, has 2 bathrooms (one with bath/shower over, the other with shower only) and is fully heated and air-conditioned. All 3 bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and linen (plus duvets in winter) is included. The kitchen is well-equipped with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, and large fridge/freezer. Outside are 2 large sun terraces and on the lowest level, an 8 X 4 private pool with sun loungers etc.
Local Area DetailsOliva is a typically Spanish town with 10 km of fabulous unspoilt beaches.The old town is a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with white washed Spanish town houses. A walk around the town will bring you to gardens, fountains and monuments as well as some fabulous architecture and the beautiful blue domed churches of St. Roc and Sta. Ana.
The city of Valencia is only 45 minutes away by train from Gandia and all the attractions of Benidorm can be reached in 30 minutes by car. A drive inland will bring you to some breathtaking mountain scenery with castles, waterfalls and old Spanish villages.
Oliva is the ideal location for a holiday in "real" Spain away from the tourist crowds.
