3 bedroom town house in Oliva old town close to all amenities. The house is near to the beautiful blue-domed church of San Roque and is 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. There is a small supermarket, butcher and baker 1 minute away and 2 bars in San Roque square where you can sit outside and enjoy the sun.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, dining room and kitchen which has been recently modernised to a very high standard. There is a large roof terrace with beautiful views of the church, the town and the sea. The kitchen has fridge/freezer and microwave oven. There is TV and DVD in the lounge.
Local Area DetailsOliva is a typically Spanish town with 10 km of fabulous unspoilt beaches.The old town is a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with white washed Spanish town houses. A walk around the town will bring you to gardens, fountains and monuments as well as some fabulous architecture and the beautiful blue domed churches of St. Roc and Sta. Ana.
The city of Valencia is only 45 minutes away by train from Gandia and all the attractions of Benidorm can be reached in 30 minutes by car. A drive inland will bring you to some breathtaking mountain scenery with castles, waterfalls and old Spanish villages.
Oliva is the ideal location for a holiday in "real" Spain away from the tourist crowds.
