| A booking is not comfirmed until the deposit of 50% ( or payment in full ) has been received along with a complete reservation form. Final payment 12 weeks before arrival.Electricity, gas and fuel is an extra charge payable by the client to the supervisor before departure. The charge is based on the individual meter readings. Please check the costs per unit with the on-site supervisor. A SECURITY DEPOSIT of €130 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival. In the unlikely event of damage to the property or its contents, the cost of replacements or repairs will be deducted from the security deposit after consultation with the supervisor. Final cleaning is included in the rental charge, however a charge of €20 would be levied if the property is not returned in a tidy condition.
Properties will be available on the date of arrival between 16.00 hours and 21.00 hours and the property must be vacated at 10.00 hrs on the date of departure. Arrival time outside these hours must be by prior arrangement with the supervisor. Failure to notify the supervisor of late arrivals could result in keys not being available.
