Manor Guest House offers hotel services and facilities at guest house prices.
Bed and breakfast, lunches, picnics, packed lunches and evening meals are all available by prior arrangement. Children and vegetarians are catered for. Extensive menu. Fully licensed to sell alcohol to our residents and their guests and to non-residents eating a meal in our restaurant.
Should you prefer an evening out, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are within walking distance. Broadwater itself has an abundance of take-aways and an excellent Indian restaurant, The Jafran, together with local pubs and shops.
We offer 3 en suite rooms and 3 standard rooms with shared bathroom facilities. A shower room, separate toilet and a further bathroom are available opposite the standard rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, hairdryer, tea/coffee, radio alarm clock, remote control colour Freeview TV with 35 channels and fresh towels. We have one ground floor en suite room which is suitable for guests with partial mobility.
Secure cycle storage and free off street parking for cars is located on site. Drying facilities are available for walkers and cyclists. We offer a full laundry service for our residents.
Well behaved children aged 8+ only and well behaved pets are most welcome. The Manor Sports Ground is located next door for dog walking.
Complimentary transport is offered to/from Beach House Park Bowling Greens, Worthing train station and local walking spots.
The Charmandean Centre and Worthing Crematorium are located close by.
Local Area DetailsLocated on the A24 on the approaches to Worthing town centre. We are within a 20 minute walk of the seafront and a 5 minute walk to Broadwater village.
