If you’re looking for that cheap place to stay, whether it’s for a golfing holiday, to search for or visit your own property or just to relax in the sun, then look no further. We aim to offer you that little bit extra in comfort yet still keep our competitive rates.

We have fitted out the apartment with all the mod cons (from clothes pegs to a complete cooker and hob) and hope that renters will respect our choice of top quality furniture and furnishings (we want you to return). It is situated on the ground floor, includes a paved parking space and access to a communal pool.

The apartment is ideally located within a few minutes drive of several of the most stunning beaches, 3 golf courses and many other amenities, nearby is a supermarket, cafe, numerous bars and restaurants, in fact, everything you would need to make for a superb holiday in the Costa Blanca.

Spacious lounge/dining area with a sofa and a sofa-bed, dining table to seat 4, Spanish TV, DVD player and a compact disc/radio/cassette player. There's a selection of tapes, DVD's, music cd's and a small choice of board games etc. to use for your enjoyment.

Beautifully tiled bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet, there is also a large bathroom mirror, shelf and shaver point.

The large double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, two bedside tables and two table lamps.

The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a bedside table, table lamp and a large fitted double wardrobe. The apartment currently sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children, using the sofa bed in the lounge.

Fully-fitted kitchen, equipped to a high standard including; electric oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ironing board & steam iron.

There is a front patio area with chairs & table, two sun loungers and a clothes airer.

Torrevieja, 30 mins drive south of Alicante, is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons, known as the “Salterns of Torrevieja�. It is said to be good for sufferers of arthritis, rheumatism and asthma, due to an average of 320 days sunshine each year. There are many other beautiful places to visit, Santa Pola, Guardamar, La Zenia, Cabo Roig & Pilar De La Horadada, these can all be found within a 15-20 minute drive away!

Are you a golf enthusiast? This is definitely the place to be, there are lots of courses in and around the Torrevieja area. They provide equipment hire along with other services such as; cafeteria or restaurant, clubhouse, hotel facilities, games room and swimming pool. The superb climate has made the area one of the top golfing destinations, especially during the winter months. The layout of this course has been adapted both to the professional player and the amateur. The fairways are wide and long but the greens and the inclination of the fairways are the big challenges. From this beautiful elevated scenic area, with breathtaking views to the coast, this beautiful course offers, to both golfers and non-golfers, natural countryside and other sporting recreational facilities. As the name suggests, a wonderful rambling course through valleys and over rugged terrain with the occasional water hazard, an excellent challenge!
