Also upstairs there are two bathrooms each with a toilet .Downstairs has a large Kitchen/Dining room with oil-fired Rayburn, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine,dishwasher & colour TV plus two tables seating upto 12. Adjacent to this is a Lobby with tumble dryer and an adjoining shower and toilet.The other side of the kitchen is a Hall with Stairs and a sitting Room with woodburner,colour TV annd DVD/Video.The house has full Central heating and the price includes all electricity,fuel and logs as well as all linen & towels.
Local Area DetailsThe Farm is on the SE edge of the Dartmoor National Park overlooking the Teign Valley,it is secluded but is only about 12 miles from Exeter,8 from the coast and 4 from the High Moor and is therefore ideal for Family Holidays.
There are numerous Golf courses within easy reach and Torquay is only about 15 miles.
