Sundancer is a unique property constructed in 2004 from Brazilian hardwoods in the centre of Hope Town. Single storey with open and airy rooms, a front and side verandah and all modern conveniences, Sundancer is fully air conditioned and lies within 20 feet of the Hope Town lagoon harbour and less than a minute from the main Atlantic beach. Three bedrooms, two queens with en-suite bathrooms and showers and a twin with separate bathroom and shower comprise the accommodation. All rooms have ceiling fans in addition to A/C.

Sundancer lies adjacent to our other property, Valentines and when taken together the two properties can accommodate larger parties (up to 12) for weddings and family perties. When the two properties are taken together a cost discount of 15% is given.

Local Area Details

Hope Town is a small working village on the island of Elbow Cay, with 8ft wide main roads and even smaller 3ft side roads. The village is free of tourist traffic and every facility is available. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The island itself is some four miles by less than a mile and sits between the Atlantic and the "Sea of Abaco", a 20 mile long inner lagoon that boasts numerous uninhabited small islands and pristine beaches. Coral reefs, for fishing , snorkelling and diving. Self drive boat hire, sailing, reef fishing and deep sea fishing are all right on the doorstep.
