The well equipped kitchen/diner is located on the lower ground floor and has access to the garden. The cottage has full gas fired central heating, the kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, fridge and freezer.

The sailing club, lawn tennis club and indoor swimming pool are within easy reach of the cottage. The cathedral city of Canterbury is 30 minutes by car.
