This well equiped ground floor apartment is set on a small pedestrianised complex close to the sea just south of Torrevieja. You can relax beside the swimming pool set in communal grounds or take a leisurely stroll to one of several sandy blue flag award winning beaches all within 20 minutes walking distance. Even nearer are three major supermarkets, numerous bars, restaurants and local commerces.

The living area is comfortabley furnished with a three piece suite, coffee table, dining table and chairs. It is equiped with T.V.video, C.D./tape player and radio. A selection of videos, C.D.s books and board games are available. A door leads on to the terrace with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining.To the rear is a private walled patio garden with sun loungers, umrellas, barbecue and washing line for guests to use.

The fully tiled kitchen is equiped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer etc. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and room fans to keep one cool during the hotter nights. There is an additional folding bed which can be used to accomodate an extra small child.There is one bathroom fully tiled and fitted with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and a vanity wash basin.

Spain is the land of sunshine and siestas providing wonderful family holidays that allow both a variety of activities and complete relaxation. The southern Costa Blanca is an area where Spanish people take their own holidays, it's climate being one of the best and healthiest in Europe averaging 320 days of sunshine a year. Local restaurants provide meals of excellent quality and value as well as tapas [small Spanish snacks] both served with chilled local wines and beers.Add to that pollution free extensive beaches and small sandy coves and it is no wonder many a memorable holiday has been enjoyed in this sunny corner of South Eastern Spain.

The world famous Mar Menor, Terra Mettica theme park at Benidorm and the cities of Murcia and Cartagena are all within an hours drive and just a couple of miles away is the resort town of Torrevieja with it's vibrant night life,nature trails and water park.

About Beaches

Four or five beaches are within easy walking distance and are all of a different charecter.Two have sun loungers and beach bars, one of which runs a happy hour. Two others are undeveloped, and one has all facilities and water sports available.

About Airport Information

Alicante airportis well served by a variety of airlines from many U.K.airports. If you do not wish to hire a car transfers can be arranged from and to the airport for a charge of 40 euros[aprox £28]per group payable locally. We are also close to Murcia [San Javier] airport although flights to there are less frequent and at the moment can be more expensive.
