Rutland Cottage is secluded and very comfortable. It has 2 bedrooms and a lovely lounge with marble fireplace. Television in everyroom with satelite stations. It is fully equiped with bed linen and towels etc. The cottage has full gas central heating and it has no stairs. It also has a fully equiped new kitchen/dining area. Outside is a secluded patio and a private garden. Rutland Cottage is central - 2 mins from the sea front which has a new childrens play area and 2 mins from town centre with lots of shops and resturaunts.

the story of the Viking Kingdom in Europe and its influence in Scotland. For Sport there are 2 golf courses and Inverclyde Sports Centre for Adults and chilren, a host of outdoor activities at Kelburn Castle and Country Centre, or enjoy a quiet walk along the sea front from Aubrey boating pond to Largs Marina. You can even have a sail round the Islands on The Waverley. ( The last paddle steamer in the world.)
