Our cottage is situated in the village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula which is an area renowned for its natural beauty, unspoilt beaches and coastal walks which offer undisturbed peace and tranquillity. Tregony is a delightful and quiet village often referred to as the gateway to the Roseland Peninsula and is conveniently sited for the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Within 5 minutes walk of The Bolt Hole there is an excellent and well-stocked village shop, post office, art gallery and public house serving food and local ales. The cottage is situated in a quiet backwater well away from the main road and traffic. Just four miles from the sea it is an excellent centre from which to explore the whole of Cornwall.
Overlooking sloping meadows with the River Fal running along the valley the cottage has retained its 18th century charm and is extremely spacious and beautifully maintained offering an extremely high standard of accommodation for two people. The enclosed garden enjoys a sunny position with garden furniture provided to help you relax. There is ample private parking space to the front of the property.
The property comprises a Living room, fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with WC. On the first floor is the Open plan double bedroom,
En-suite bathroom with electric shower over bath with separate WC.
